IL MANIFESTO della rete della manifattura digitale in Emilia-Romagna  Contesto Mak-ER mette in rete i laboratori di making, digital fabrication e manifattura avanzata della Regione Emilia-Romagna. Mak-ER é pensata per mettere in rete tutte quelle comunità di persone che condividono spazi fisici e attrezzature per attività di making, sia digitali che analogiche, nella Regione Emilia-Romagna. I nodi della rete sono sempre costituiti da un insieme di luoghi fisici, attrezzature, persone: tutti e tre gli elementi devono sempre essere presenti per poter essere classificato come nodo di Mak-ER. I nodi devono garantire libero accesso alle persone così come accesso programmato in funzione di specifiche attività. Questi laboratori sono spesso in rete anche con altri laboratori esterni alla regione, per cui Mak-ER non sostituisce né limita le attività e le reti più grandi, ma solo facilita l’integrazione di queste reti a livello regionale e locale. Ad esempio, i FabLab che fanno parte di Mak-ER devono comunque interagire con gli altri FabLab, a livello nazionale ed internazionale, aderendo al manifesto di tutti i FabLab, la FabCharter. Obiettivi L’obiettivo di Mak-ER é quello di favorire un processo regionale di crescita intelligente, sostenibile e inclusivo basato sul ricorso alle nuove tecnologie e sul coinvolgimento dei talenti creativi per rendere la regione stessa un polo realmente attrattivo sul tema dello smart manufacturing. Mak-ER si prefigge di amplificare la creatività distribuita grazie alla condivisione della conoscenza e all’utilizzo di tecnologie e processi digitali e avanzati all’interno dei suoi nodi sparsi nelle città e di accreditarsi nei confronti degli attori locali, nazionali e internazionali. Mak-ER si prefigge di dare visibilità alle iniziative degli aderenti e facilitare il loro coordinamento.
