Fablab in a Cultural Institution run by Kultur Valby which is a part of the Municipality of Copenhagen. The Fablab is open 7 days a week from 9AM to 11PM. Running equipment includes micromill, embroidery machine and sewing machines, vinyl cutter, 3D printer and Laser cutter as well as an electronics workspace. A large CNC mill is on its way.

"El Fab Lab SCL es impulsado conjuntamente por el Instituto de Arquitectura Avanzada de Catalunya (IaaC), el Fab Lab Barcelona y el Centro de Bits y Átomos del Instituto de Tecnología de Massachusetts (MIT), formando parte de una red mundial de laboratorios en los cuáles se podrá explorar la fabricación de “casi” todo, usando una plataforma de equipamientos y tecnologías equivalentes. "I am Vicki Moulder the author of INTERACTION This site documents my most recent public artwork, research and upcoming projects. I’m a PhD Candidate studying at the School of Interactive Arts + Technology, at Simon Fraser University, Surrey, BC, Canada. I work under the supervision of Ron Wakkary and Carman Neustaedter. My dissertation explores the design of social engagement in relationship to alternate reality games (ARG) and site-specific artworks. I draw on cultural theories rooted in fine art practices; primarily through the lens of theatre to investigate how ARG design can support the exploration of real-world places. I also write about community art practices, social media, design interventions, and arts research. I am passionate about the synthesis of art and science research and have been involved in a number of large-scale projects under the umbrella of INTERACTION ART.ORG. I also enjoy working with people and organizations on the development of outreach programs that promote healthy communities. "

Our fablab is a numeric workshop for everyone who wants to design and make a projet. This commun place is in the spirit of sharing skills, information and helping others. People will have access to a 3d printer and 3d scanner, computer, cad/cam softwares. Access to this place is free but people will need to buy their consummable (polymer, tools). Our fablab is located in a college and will be supervised by teachers and students from the mechanical department. With our fablab, we mainly want to reach students and encourage them to conceive projects together and give them a hub to develop their creativity, interestest in sciences and skills for teamwork.

FabOutaouais is being launched by Cégep de l'Outaouais with support from AgoraLab as a new platform for developing innovation capabilities and potential in the Outaouais region. Current FabOutouais infrastructure includes a well-equiped workshop, under the management of François Perron, professor at Cégep's Electrical Engineering Technologies Department.
