AMI – Advanced Manufacturing International

Launched in August of 2020, Advanced Manufacturing International, Inc. (AMI) seeks to advance innovative technologies and best practices into global manufacturing markets while expanding into the broader U.S. manufacturing sectors beyond the defense industrial base currently served for nearly 20 years by AMI’s sister company, the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM). At AMI, the goal is to enable small to medium-sized manufacturers everywhere collaborate, innovate, and thrive.

Profile Description

AMI and NCDMM are owned and controlled by the Manufacturing Technology Deployment Group Inc. (MTDG), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization established in 2020 to transform the advanced manufacturing industrial base throughout the world.

As supply and value chains become increasingly global for both large and small enterprises, societal pressure for better, faster, cheaper, cleaner products are creating new challenges.

As experienced advanced manufacturing professionals, we understand that the ever-growing complexity of the digital manufacturing age requires the collaborative effort of knowledge and skills to reveal new pathways for strategic application of advanced technologies.
