ComeTrue® Binder Jetting (CBJ) Spray Adhesive Molding Technology
ComeTrue® 3D printing features proprietary technology from ComeTrue® Binder Jetting (CBJ).
CBJ 3D printing technology is a full color technology that vertically integrates its own inkjet head and (CMYK) continuous ink supply system to quickly produce full color 3D models.
ComeTrue® can be used in cultural and creative education, personalized doll production, entertainment, digital art, architecture, civil engineering, geospatial information, biomedical beauty, rapid prototyping, industrial design, molding services, etc., with extensive market value.
First, the application side generates a 3D file by means of 3D software modeling, 3D library authorization or 3D reverse scanning. Then, through the pre-processing optimization software, the
files are damaged, the file is broken, the joints are thickened, and the hollowing holes are drained. The 3D file is layered using the printing software provided by the system. The system will
then apply the pattern of each cut layer one by one to the glue on the special powder and automatically color it directly by the system. Finally, the molded product is taken out, and then the post-treatment
powder removing system further purifies the workpiece, and then the finishing agent is added to increase the strength or gloss to quickly produce the prototype body.
