In addition to the redesign of energy-efficient products, one focus of our activities is the optimization of the 10,000 thermoprocessing systems on the market that are fired with Küppersbusch burners. Here we make an important contribution to the implementation of climate policy goals in Germany and Europe.

Profile Description

Kueppers Solutions, together with the Institute for Technical Combustion at RWTH Aachen University, the Gas and Heat Institute in Essen, the Chair for Energy Systems and Energy Process Technology at the Ruhr University in Bochum and the Chair for “Digital Additive Production DAP” at RWTH Aachen University new mixing unit for gas burners developed. The innovative geometry of the mixing unit manufactured in 3D printing creates a precisely dosed gas-air mixture that burns better and reduces nitrogen oxide emissions.

We focus on:

The replacement of fossil fuels with regenerative energy sources, where this is technically possible.
The energy-optimized use of fossil fuels where renewable energy sources cannot be used.
Improvement of emissions, regardless of the energy source.
In particular, we want to make our contribution to the necessary reduction of CO2 emissions together with our customers and offer them solutions: The “Küppersbusch Department of Heat Technology” becomes Kueppers Solutions.
