We process with high accuracy of chemical composition, preset stoichiometry and preset granulometric composition.

Tungsten is outstanding for its highly stable physical properties. Tungsten has the highest melting point, lowest vapour pressure and the highest tensile strength of all metals at temperatures above 1650´C. It has excellent corrosion resistance.
Our META-X, as a basic product, comprises structured SFTC – spherical fused tungsten carbide with previously unachievable properties as regards hardness and impact resistance, and with unvarying quality over its entire production volume . Both the repeatability and the high product properties are very important for our end customers in the global abrasive/ wear resistance market. META-X properties: 3600-4200 VH, and static strength 20 kg/mm2.
Our prime market areas are the mining, grinding and deep drilling industries. Many other industries are of the subject of our interest: the steel, oil and gas, aerospace, turbines and pumping industries to mention some.
META-X® – spherical powders of eutectic tungsten carbide (WC+W2C, with a content of 3.8 – 4.1 % by mass of fixed carbon??). They are produced using new proprietary technology and significantly exceed all known tungsten carbide powder products on the world market for their unmatched resistance to abrasive and impact damage.
