The Spanish company specialized in fixing for 3D printing declared in its new management stage a system of vaporization without gases in the largest world fair of the sector be held in the United Kingdom on the 26-28 of September.
The Spanish company 3DLAC offered its new eco-friendly fixing product for 3D Printing in the ‘TCT Show 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing & Product Development’.
3DLAC, based in Benavente, Zamora, starts with this novelty its new management stage after separating from Leon3D. Launching its new 3DLAC will make known to the world its fixing product for three-dimensional printers of fused filament, after the success of this spray that has surpassed the 85,000 units of sale since it came out to the market. His new CEO, José Ángel Castaño, explains that ‘an ecological vaporizer with a size of less than 100 milliliters will be presented, with a clear eco-friendly profile as gases have been eliminated and alcohols reduced from the traditional container.
With this advance, that has bbeen already tested with higher efficiency levels and offers an excellent antiwarping fixation (avoiding deformation of the first layers when printing), ‘a smaller, handier and more economical product unit is achieved’ according to Castaño, who also indicates that more information as regards the characteristics of his fixing products for 3D Printing can be found on his website.
Under the management of the world’s leading 3D fixation product´s creator, research and development (R & D) has been invested in carrying this ecological vaporizer foward, as it is one of the most demanded challenges by the sector. “This, without detreament of our spray bottle and number 1 product, which at the end of this year will reach 100,000 units sold,” says the Spanish manager.
‘Thanks to our policy of international expansion, half a million units of 3DLAC will be sold by 2020’ predicted José Ángel Castaño, who attended the TCT Show 2017 to expand the international market beyond the European market, and to carry some demonstrations of its new ecological vaporizer, so demanded by the sector.
European and international expansion
The 3DLAC fixing spray for printing, considered as the best and simplest solution to avoid ‘warping’, begins the new stage of management by its creator, José Ángel Castaño. Castaño’s pioneer and thorough policy is aimed at improving the purchase and supply methods of 3DLAC has caused great impact in several international distributors, who have responded positively to the changes made in the supply management.
“Sales of this new 3DLAC product are likely to increase, due to its quility and a much higher demand than what has been faced up to now. The important thing in these first months has been to focus on efficient and quick supplying response to the innumerable requests of distributors so as to return the dynamism that had lost the supply of the product “, recognized.
New website, design, research line and prices
José Ángel Castaño´s new management seeks to focus on improvements for the client and user. A new website, different design with silk-screened containers and improvements in the investigation of novel properties to achieve the appropriate fixation on any surface, including cold beds, are some of the improvements.
“One of the main difference is the development of a new research line, something essential that was not being done by the previous company that led the project, since we have realized that the needs for adherence evolve continuously”, says creator and brand new CEO.
According to Castaño, this will allow to face the novelties and falls of prices. ‘Our policy is to improve continuously. We are associating with a Spanish partner for the sake of entering into beta-testing phase of 3DLAC specificly formulated for the new materials entering the filament sector. ‘Furthermore, thanks to international expansion, we will be able to achieve a price reduction by increasing sales and therefore, reducing production costs’ Castaño said.
